The Meteor

This is a small sailing killboat, designed in 1968 by the Dutch Architect Van de Stadt to sail on the Italian seas and lakes. since then, several thousends of this boat were produced, for this reason the MEteor is one of the most popular sailboats in Italy.

The shipyard that produced the first Meteor in 1968 was named Sipla in Forlì and after it became the famous shipyard Comar owned by Mr Renzo Zavatta. After more than 40 years the Meteor is still in productionin the shipyard owned by the Engineer Arcani.
