This 80 sqm (800 sqft) apartment, recently renovated, is located at the 4th floor of a traditional Venetian house with elevator.

The living area (500 sqft) includes the living room, the dining room and kitchenette. In addition, a wonderful balcony with a table and chairs is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast or have a drink at sunset, surrounded by the roofs and the bell tower of San Maurizio.
The living room has two comfy sofas, each accomodating 2 persons. There is a flat screen TV (32 ') on top of  a well-stocked library containing books in several languages. Finally, two carved wood antique furniture, valuable paintings and carpets add a touch of style to this area.
A desk beside a window with a nice panorama can be used by those who need to concentrate on business matters or just require a convenient place to write their memories.

The double bedroom is equipped with a comfortable bed with orthopedic mattress and an entire closet with lots of space for hanging clothes and storage of your belongings. The room has independent airconditioning.

The single bedroom is cozy and  has independent airconditioning.
